Refund policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll resend it or give you a full refund, no need to return it.

If you changed your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of damage, defect or our error.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If your order never arrives, we'll resend it or refund you.
