We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days.

Mexico: free tracked shipping, 6 to 12 business days. Some items with batteries can take up to 14 business days.

United States and Canada: free tracked shipping, 7 to 15 business days.

Rest of the world: 199 MXN, 7 to 15 business days. Times vary by country and customs.

Every order includes a tracking number, which we send you by email. In some countries import taxes or duties may apply when you receive the package; these are paid by the customer.
